We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights to support management decisions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Manage account reconciliations and general ledger accuracy
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings
- Coordinate internal and external inventory audits
- Supervise junior accountants and finance officers
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Oversee debt recovery and receivable account systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- ICAN or ACCA certification required
- Minimum of 10years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax laws, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical space is an advantage
