Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team to oversee the general accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate would be responsible for preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, and assisting with audit preparation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules by GAAP and company policies.
- Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as property management and development, to gather and analyze financial information
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Prepare budgeting, expenditure forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies, facilitating smooth audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare annual returns and provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
- 5 years of working experience
