Requirements:
- Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

- Valid security license/certification as required by state regulations or industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations and implement solutions.
