Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively guide security staff.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure and in emergencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and law enforcement.
- Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in security management or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
