Responsibilities:
Requirements:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff members.
- Train new security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and enforce security measures.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any breaches or violations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to ensure a high level of security at all times.
- Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and emergency response protocols.
- Valid security guard license or certification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
