Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily security patrol operations.
- Monitor patrol officers and ensure effective performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security guards.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
- Handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and report incidents.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle licence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and conflict resolution.
- Must be patient, reliable, and results-oriented.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Age: 25–50 years.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 200,000
Location: Ibadan
