Job Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property and premises. They patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance equipment, control access points and respond to incidents or emergencies. Security Officers act as a visible deterrent to crime and help enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Patrol buildings and grounds regularly to detect and prevent signs of intrusion or unsafe behaviour
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Control access to premises by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities
- Report incidents in detailed written or verbal reports
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when required
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
- Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure or in emergencies
- Physical fitness and stamina Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
