Job Summary
A security control room operator is tasked with overseeing and coordinating multiple security systems and personnel deployed across various locations. This includes monitoring surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems to maintain the safety and security of a facility or area. We are seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to bolster the security of client assets utilizing our C.U.G line and communication network. The Control Room Operator will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, documenting, and investigating any irregularities related to the safety and security of employees, facilities, products, cash, property, and other assets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Execute daily control room tasks with utmost integrity and efficiency.
- Provide support and assistance to others security personnel as needed.
- Monitor C.U.G lines vigilantly and promptly Report any unusual activities to the Line Manager or Duty Security Officer.
- Respond to alarms, notifications, and calls promptly and efficiently
- Respond promptly to radio checks and maintain accurate records of all communications.
- Maintain a detailed record of incidents and promptly report them to the Duty Security Officer.

- Monitor the movement of vehicles and staff.
- Distribute field visit-related equipment to staff as per the Operations Manager's instructions.
- Report any suspicious activities to the Duty Security Manager.
- Monitor external security situations and provide company drivers/patrol supervisors with the best routes and road status updates
- Manage the main switchboard, answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, and direct them to the appropriate channel.
- Identify and suggest changes to enhance our security operations.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or incidents.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections of equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to relay important information and updates.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling security-related incidents and emergencies
- Report any anomalies, irregularities, or breaches in security to the appropriate authorities.
- Stay vigilant and alert at all times. ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Must be a computer-literate
- Proficiency in Excel application is required.
- Must be versatile with all social media
- Must be Able to create Video/Graphic Contents.
Location:Â Â Mushin/Surulere, Lagos is required
