Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor Zonal Account Management Officers (ZAMOs) within your designated area
- Ensure ZAMOs consistently meet assigned daily targets
- Track and report the progress of assigned sectors to the Head Office
- Oversee data management activities (data collection, collation, and reporting from ZAMOs)
- Submit regular reports to the Central Reporting Team at the Head Office
- Collaborate closely with ZAMOs to ensure the successful delivery of programme objectives
- Support the Programme Team in achieving overall operational targets
- Provide ancillary support services to both the Programme Team and the Head Office
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- A first degree from a recognized tertiary institution is an added advantage
- Prior field or research experience is also an added advantage
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools
- Familiarity with Lafia Keffi, and/or Karu (Nasarawa State)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be currently residing in or very close to Lafia or Karu or Keffi, (very close proximity)
- Active listening and clear interpretation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent time management and goal-oriented mindset
