Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and daily operations
  • Run occasional errands and provide personal assistance as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Must reside around Bashorun / Ikolaba or nearby areas
