- Handling emails, letters, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the organization or executive.
- Organizing appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring there are no conflicts.
- Maintaining accurate records, documents, and files (both physical and digital) for easy access.
- Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assisting executives or team members with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum OND
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Must be smart and good-looking
