Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
- Prepare, type, and organize delivery records, invoices, and company documents.
- Draft official correspondence, letters, memos, and reports.
- Support the logistics team with daily admin and clerical duties.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in an orderly manner.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all time
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE certificate (higher qualifications are a plus).
- At least 1 yea of experience as a secretary or admin officer.
- Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a logistics setting.
