Responsibilities:
- Arrange & confirm appointments
- Develop & maintain filing system
- Attend meetings & keep minutes
- Develop reports, communications & correspondence
- Monitor office inventories & ordering supplies
- Complete administration paperwork, files & documents
- Manage all databases
- Preparing conference rooms for meetings
- Respond to emails
- Supervisions
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Must be vast in the use of IT (Excel, etc.)
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
Location: Lagos
