Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for management staff.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other official documents as required.
- Receive visitors and provide professional front-desk support.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the availability of necessary materials.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution to relevant parties.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and record-keeping when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Ond/diploma or degree in Office Administration or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
