Jueo Homes Real Estate Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support daily office operations. The role involves managing communications, welcoming clients and visitors, coordinating administrative tasks, and upholding the company’s values of integrity, consistency, growth, and excellent service delivery.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and attending to client inquiries professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and inspections; prepare agendas and take minutes when required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and client information (both physical and digital).
- Draft memos, letters, reports, and other official documents as directed.
- Support management and sales teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Track office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
- Assist with basic data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
