Job summary

The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires strong organization, professionalism, and effective communication skills.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, sorting mail, drafting official correspondence, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing calendars, arranging executive travel, and scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing agendas, booking venues, taking accurate minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, updating databases, and managing confidential information.
  • Ordering office supplies, processing expense reports, and assisting with basic bookkeeping.


Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess a minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Applicants must have proven experience in administrative or secretarial duties.
  • Applicants must have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management tools.
  • Applicants must be able to manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation efficiently.
  • Applicants must be professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.


Location: Port Harcourt


Remuneration: NGN 100,000
