Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and calendars to ensure efficient time management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
- Prepare, format, and maintain reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
- Organize and maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems and records.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative logistics as required.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:

Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or secretarial duties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management tools.
- Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation efficiently.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Remuneration: NGN150,000
