Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Drive the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects across product, engineering, and operations.
- Work with product owners and team leads to remove blockers and improve delivery timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for tracking progress and performance.
- Implement PMO standards, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable environment for team delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Methodologist in a tech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project governance methodologies.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- High attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset.
