Responsibilities:
Academic Coordination:
- Oversee scheduling of online classes, webinars, and training sessions
- Coordinate facilitators, instructors, and guest lecturers
- Ensure learning materials are properly uploaded and accessible
- Monitor course delivery and ensure consistency in academic standards
Student Management & Support:
- Handle student onboarding and orientation into the online platform
- Respond to student inquiries and provide academic support and guidance
- Track attendance, participation, and learning progress
- Support student engagement and retention strategies
Platform & Technical Oversight
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) or online classroom tools
- Ensure smooth access to digital resources (videos, assignments, quizzes)
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues or escalate to IT support when necessary
- Maintain updated course content and digital records
Communication & Reporting:
- Serve as the main point of contact between students, facilitators, and management
- Send announcements, reminders, and updates
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports on student performance and program progress
- Maintain accurate administrative records
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor course delivery to ensure alignment with curriculum standards
- Collect feedback from students and facilitators
- Suggest improvements to learning processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
