The School Administrator manages the school's day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role involves coordinating staff, supporting students and parents, maintaining accurate school records, managing internal and external communications, overseeing school facilities and supplies, and ensuring the school runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school.
- Coordinate the activities of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain accurate student, staff, attendance and administrative records.
- Monitor staff and student attendance and punctuality.
- Manage school correspondence, documentation and official communications.
- Serve as a key point of contact for parents, guardians, staff and visitors.
- Respond to parents’ enquiries, concerns and requests professionally and promptly.
- Assist with student admissions, registration and onboarding.
- Coordinate school calendars, meetings, events and activities.
- Prepare schedules, notices, reports and other administrative documents.
- Monitor the cleanliness, safety and general condition of school facilities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers and other external partners when necessary.
- Monitor school supplies, stationery and other administrative resources.\
- Assist management with budgeting, expense tracking and general financial administration.
- Ensure school policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.
- Support the Principal/School Management in implementing school policies and initiatives.
- Organise staff meetings and take minutes where required.
- Handle confidential student, staff and school information appropriately.
- Maintain an organised filing and record-keeping system, both physical and digital.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day issues involving staff, students and parents.
- Support the planning and execution of school programmes, examinations and special events.
- Monitor the overall smooth running of the school and promptly escalate major issues to management.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the School Management.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work professionally with children, parents, teachers and management.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Previous experience in school administration or a similar administrative role is an advantage.
