Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities
- Understand end-to-end business processes and align SAP usage accordingly
- Act as the first point of contact for SAP-related queries and resolve issues with a business-first approach
- Guide users on best practices and correct system usage
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements, automation, and digital initiatives
- Ensure master data accuracy and process discipline
- Support SAP enhancements, testing, and system upgrades
- Prepare SOPs and conduct user training sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions
Requirements:
- Background in Finance / Operations / IT
- Experience in SAP implementation/support projects preferred
- Hands-on SAP knowledge across any modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.)
- Deep understanding of business processes and controls
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exposure to reporting/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder management
