Cloud Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, customize, and support SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions. 
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
• Configure SAP modules in accordance with business needs and industry best practices.
• Support end-to-end business processes, including: Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Finance & Accounting, Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, and Sales & Distribution.
• Perform system configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Lead data migration, master data management, and system integration activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop functional specifications, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing user support.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders on enhancements and integrations.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with company policies, internal controls, and industry regulations. 
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and system optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation and support experience. 
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector is highly desirable.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Certification is an added advantage.
• SAP Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) – Warehouse Operations, Stock Movement, Storage Optimization, Inventory Control.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two or more SAP functional modules listed above. Required Competencies.
• SAP Finance (FI) – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting.
• SAP Controlling (CO) – Cost Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Budgeting, Cost Management, Profitability Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Business process mapping and optimization.
• SAP implementation lifecycle management.
• Data migration and system integration. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• SAP Production Planning (PP) (where applicable) – Production Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing Process Management. Additional SAP Technologies (Preferred).
• Strong documentation and user training capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
• Experience Candidates with experience supporting any of the following operations will have an added advantage: Upstream Oil & Gas, Midstream Operations, Downstream Operations, Refinery Operations, Tank Farm Operations, Fuel Depot Operations, Lubricant Manufacturing, and Energy and Utilities.
