Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and staff performance
- Ensure excellent client experience from entry to exit
- Supervise stylists and ensure quality control on all services
- Drive sales of premium hair products and salon services
- Handle client complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and brand standards
- Track daily sales, bookings, and stock usage
- Work closely with the content creator to support promotional content
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing or supervising a salon or beauty business
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Sales-oriented mindset (upselling is part of the job)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Must live within the town for reliable daily attendance
- Organised, firm, and proactive

Location: Must stay within town (strictly no Maraba or Nyanya)
Renumeration: NGN 120,000 monthly (first 3 months), NGN 150,000 monthly (after 3 months, based on performance)
