Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and service flow
- Supervise stylists, therapists, and front-desk staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and luxury experience standards
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and salon presentation standards
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3years experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury service operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours
Location: Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 250,000-300,000
