Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create daily short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories) that drives demand for premium hair
- Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to a luxury hair brand
- Feature products creatively: installs, transformations, before/after, lifestyle shots
- Collaborate with the salon team to capture real client experiences
- Manage basic content scheduling and posting
- Engage with audience comments and DMs where required
- Track content performance and improve what converts
Requirements:
- Proven experience creating content for beauty, fashion, or luxury brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
- Confident filming and directing content (phone-quality content is fine, creativity is key)
- Ability to sell without sounding salesy
- Must live within the town for daily onsite work
- Serious work ethic, consistency matters
This Role Is NOT For You If

Location: Must stay within town (no Maraba, no Nyanya)
Renumeration: NGN 100,000 – NGN 120,000 monthly
