Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers professionally and explain solar products clearly
- Assist in the sale of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and Solar accessories
- Identify customer needs (load, usage, budget) and recommend suitable options
- Use company-provided communication tools for all customer interactions
- Follow approved pricing, reporting, and inventory procedures
- Refer technical or installation-related issues to supervisors or technicians
- Support product display, stock arrangement, and general shop operations
