Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Abuja. The Sales Associate will support the company’s growth and promotion efforts by identifying sales opportunities, networking with prospective clients, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, delivering pitches to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s advertising objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing and account management will also be a critical part of the role.


Qualifications

  • Sales and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to identify and maintain client relationships
  • Understanding of marketing principles and advertising strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as public speaking ability
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian and African business landscape is an advantage
  • Educational background or work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and CRM tools is beneficial
  • Team collaboration abilities and problem-solving skills
