Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of proven experience in operations, sales, and people management within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beauty trends, service, products, and client experience.
- Ability to work weekends and during peak business hours.
