Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Analyze and report on marketing performance and ROI
- Develop and maintain marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Self-motivated and results-driven
