Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, site owners, and other industry stakeholders.
- Gather information on construction projects within assigned territories and conduct regular site visits.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing, construction, building materials, equipment, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
