Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Build relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, site owners, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Gather information on construction projects within assigned territories and conduct regular site visits.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, construction, building materials, equipment, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
