Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Support Salesforce implementation, system upgrades, and new feature deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and project teams.
- Ensure data quality, system security, performance, and compliance.
- Provide user training, technical guidance, and ongoing Salesforce support.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform features, best practices, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce platforms and solutions.
- Relevant Salesforce certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, automation, and CRM processes is an advantage.
