Duties and Responsibilities
- Advanced experience with Salesforce platforms, APIs, automation, and enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps, deployment pipelines, and release management processes
- Understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization concepts
- Ability to follow enterprise configuration and documentation standards
- Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, and release validation activities
- Understanding of root cause analysis and quality improvement practices
- Ability to maintain technical documentation, release artefacts, and operational procedures
- Experience working within enterprise governance and quality assurance frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, access control, and compliance standards
- Ability to implement secure configuration and integration practices
- Ability to support multiple Salesforce platforms and enterprise initiatives
- Ability to quickly onboard into evolving business and technical environments
- Working effectively within multi disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
- Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
- Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
- Must have completed NYSC
- Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross functional collaboration
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery focused mindset
