Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents, property consultants, or sales executives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including property acquisitions, listings, and client referrals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field support for team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee property marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure accurate property listings and maintain an up-to-date property database.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, leasing, and investment process.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with applicable real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Promote the company's brand and maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification or real estate license (where applicable).
  • Minimum of 2–7 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or business development.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
