We are seeking an experienced and high-energy Sales Team Lead to manage, coach, and motivate our team of sales representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the team toward exceeding revenue targets, managing daily sales operations, and maintaining a high standard of performance through a data-driven approach

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coach sales representatives to improve their closing techniques and professional growth.
- Target Management: Drive the team to achieve and exceed set monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily sales activities, ensuring the team is closing deals consistently.
- Performance Tracking: Utilise CRM tools to track sales KPIs, monitor progress, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement effective solutions to maintain momentum.
- Lead by Example: Maintain a "hands-on" presence by assisting in closing high-value deals and demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in meeting and exceeding driven sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM tools, sales KPI management, and financial forecasting.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead by example and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Location: Candidates must reside within the Ikorodu Garage area.
Location: Ikorodu Garage, Lagos (Physical)
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: 6 Days a week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
