Job summary
The Sales Team Lead will be tasked with the responsibility of guiding, supervising, and overseeing a workgroup of people responsible for the execution of marketing projects and the promotion of the company’s products and services. A team lead should be excellent at providing mentorship, training, and support to team members.

Responsibilities:
- Coach team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results.
- Market loans to target audience for portfolio growth.
- Supervise loan form documentation and follow through to disbursement.
- Meet/exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Achieve sales volume in a profitable manner.
- Analyze market trends and advise accordingly as part of product improvement.
- Constant rendition of periodic activity reports.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in any related discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a team lead in a financial sector is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership skills
