Job summary
Zealand Properties is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, closing deals, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for property sales and client acquisition
- Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and corrective guidance where needed
- Actively participate in closing high-value real estate deals
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Generate sales reports and provide updates to management
- Ensure excellent customer relationship management and after-sales follow-up
- Enforce company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Good understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting
