Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor with experience in BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) mobile phone sales. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing field sales agents, driving sales performance, ensuring effective customer acquisition, onboard new retail partners and maintaining compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation,n and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and sales reporting
