Job summary
The Field Sales Supervisor will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performance team of Field Sales Agents (FSAs). The role requires translating revenue targets into structured daily execution plans, monitoring field activity, enforcing performance discipline, and driving customer acquisition and activation.

- Recruiting and managing Field Sales Agents (FSAs).
- Breaking down monthly revenue targets into daily field metrics.
- Monitoring pipeline discipline and conversion rates.
- Conducting performance reviews and enforcing accountability.
- Expanding territory coverage and increasing market penetration.
- Ensuring compliance with company sales processes and reporting systems.
- This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience managing field sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and conversion targets.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, fintech, agency banking, FMCG distribution, or POS networks preferred.
- Strong leadership and enforcement capability.
- Ability to translate revenue goals into daily operational activities.
- Experience using CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
