Sales Supervisor
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven and inspiring Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring sales executives, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds organizational targets through effective strategy and coordination

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the sales team to ensure individual and collective targets are met.
- Conduct frequent reviews and performance appraisals to identify areas for improvement.
- Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company SOPs.
- Prepare and deliver high-level reports to management
- Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine the sales process and product offerings.
- Handle escalated complaints
- Maintain accurate records of the team’s activities and CRM integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive.
- Ability to motivate a team and manage workplace dynamics effectively.
- High-level understanding of marketing, negotiating techniques, and business development.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional command of English
- Deep-rooted knowledge of CRM
Remuneration: NGN 250,000- 300,000 per month (based on experience) with very attractive commission
