We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives, cashiers, lobby hosts, and customer service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Ensure all sales are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures to ensure compliance.
- Supervise cash handling and ensure proper reconciliation of sales.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure staff maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Enforce company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift management.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
