Responsibilities:
- Pitch and close high-volume consumer clusters for bulk sign-ups.
- Drive individual and family micro-insurance plan registrations.
- Maintain weekly field logs to track partner engagement.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of active sales experience strictly within the insurance or micro-insurance sector (non-negotiable).
- Network: An existing, functional network of major aggregators (e.g., market unions, transport associations, or informal cooperatives).
- Pipeline Vetting: Ability to present a verified pipeline of at least 3 major micro-insurance clusters during the interview stage.
- Immediate Execution: Zero baseline product training provided; you must be ready to engage your network and hold formal pitch meetings within your first 7 days.
Remuneration: NGN 250k – 300k Net Base
