Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Sales Specialist is based in Lagos, offering flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting insurance products, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also provide training on product knowledge and support team members in achieving collective goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in Training and Sales Management to help develop and guide team performance
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
