Job summary

The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services directly to customers through field and/or indoor sales activities. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve set sales targets.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote products/services
  • Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct product presentations and explain features/benefits to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales
  • Accurately complete and submit all required sales documentation
  • Maintain proper records of daily sales activities and reports
  • Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and customer insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND in any relevant field
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of sales tools or CRM systems is an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales targets
