Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close high-potential real estate deals
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and client negotiations
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Follow up on leads and convert them into closed sales
- Provide excellent customer service to generate referrals and repeat business
- Earn attractive commissions on every successful sale and business close
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales (minimum 2 years), preferably in real estate or high-value products/services
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to prospect, generate leads, and build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a burning desire to earn big through commissions
