Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide a premium in-store experience.
- Demonstrate Apple products (iPhone, MacBook, iPad, accessories) clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or bundles.
- Upsell accessories, warranties, and related services.
- Handle POS transactions, receipts, and inventory updates.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and product guidance.
- Maintain neat product displays in line with brand standards.
- Stay updated on Apple product launches and promotions.
- Support stock-taking and store operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
