Job summary
Our company is the Nigerian branch of a China Trading Group, with its own locally operated overseas warehouse, primarily engaged in wholesale business across all product categories. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining B2B wholesale clients in Lagos and the surrounding area, expanding local channels,and achieving sales targes

Responsibilities:
- Customer Development and Expansion: Visit major wholesale markets and commercial areas in Lagos to develop local primary wholesalers, key customers, and distributors, expanding new customer resources; actively promote the company's full range of products, introducing product advantages, supply policies, and pricing to foster customer cooperation; collect potential customer information, establish customer files, and continuously follow up with interested customers until a sale is made.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: Regularly replenish existing customers, maintain customer relationships, address replenishment needs, and increase customer repurchase rates; promptly respond to customer inquiries and after-sales issues, coordinate with the warehouse to handle daily affairs such as shipping, returns, and exchanges; synchronize information with the company regarding new product launches, promotional activities, and price adjustments to encourage customers to increase orders.
- Sales Order Process Tracking: Responsible for the entire closed-loop order process: quotation, order acceptance, coordination with the warehouse for inventory preparation and shipping, and collection of payments to ensure smooth order delivery; achieve the company's monthly and quarterly sales performance targets; summarize daily sales query records and order details, and report to the country manager.
- Market Information Feedback: Collect information on local market competitors' prices, popular categories, industry trends, and customer needs, and report this information to the company regularly; investigate local channel characteristics, provide sales expansion suggestions, and assist the company in adjusting local product selection and pricing strategies.
- Other Supporting Work: Cooperate with the company to successfully implement new product promotion and sales activities in the local area; complete other sales-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
