Job Description/Requirements
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Actively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features, benefits, and uses of Continual-G products.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives in assigned territories or market segments.
- Identify key accounts, market segments, and geographic regions with high sales potential, and prioritize sales activities accordingly.
- Plan and schedule customer visits, sales calls, and product demonstrations to maximize sales opportunities and optimize time and resources
Product Promotion and Marketing:
- Promote Continual-G products through various marketing channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and marketing collateral to customers and prospects to increase product visibility and awareness.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase Continual-G products and network with potential customers and partners.
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies, product development, and marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and performance reports to sales management and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- 1 year sales experience.
- Excellent communication skill
