Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and follow-up on company-provided leads
- Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, present property options, and provide expert advice on market conditions.
- Take prospective clients on site inspections
- Facilitate successful property negotiations and guide clients through the closing process.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, property trends, and best practices
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, especially in real estate, is a plus
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Minimum of an OND certificate
