Sales Representatives
Job summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for pharmaceutical sales, distribution, collection and acquisition of new customers. He/She will be expected to drive trade growth, access, shelf-presence and market-share as well as building and managing relationships with all cadres of pharmaceutical channel-members in the assigned territories.

Responsibilities:
- Sales of company products
- Implementation of sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Identifying and onboarding potential customers within assigned locations.
- Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships with trade/channel members.
- Providing business, market and marketing feedback and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in a related field.
- 2 years of proven sales experience
- Experience in coverage of modern trade/retail channels will be an added advantage
- Deep understanding of the territory you’ll cover
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently to achieve set targets and business objectives.
Compensation:
- Up to NGN 2m per annum, depending on experience, competence, and performance track record.
- Attractive bonus and incentive schemes are also available.
Location: Lagos Island, Surulere, Ikorodu, Benin, Aba, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Onitsha, Calabar, Abeokuta, Akure, Jos, Sokoto, Gombe, Abuja, Kaduna
