Sales Representatives
Job summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, promoting the company's products and services, and converting prospects into clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property presentations and inspections, negotiating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company's real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested buyers and investors.
- Identify and generate new sales leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- A minimum of a BSc. degree in any related field

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an added advantage.
